1.) General information about the sport and
activity programme:
The Youth Hotel Aicher is a member of the TOP FIVE youth hotels
in Wagrain.
The TOP FIVE is a syndicate for the organisation and marketing
of sport and activity weeks and are not the organizers of the activities
mentioned in the brochure and the homepage. The Youth Hotel Aicher
/ TOP FIVE acts as the agent for these organizers, in that it facilitates
the organization of the groups and leaders.

and insurance certificates for every organiser can be seen
and checked in the office.
3.) A booking prior to your
stay (up to 6 weeks in advance) is highly recommended.
Last minute bookings are only sometimes possible for certain
dates. Minimum number of participants is binding.
4.) Free places (1:8 – only
for activities marked with a x) for supervisors will only
be permitted for classic school and youth groups. There will
be no free places for mixed family groups, for example. Payment
is made directly to the Youth Hotel Aicher. If participants
drop out because of illness (medical certificate required)
they will receive a refund and no cancellation fee will be
charged. Price changes and errors excepted.
5.) Please read the clothing
and equipment list carefully before coming and
make sure that all the participants are aware of what they
need (for example special clothing or rain gear...)
6.) Sports activities are not always without danger. All organisers
have special conditions of entry for participants and these must
be fulfilled. Please check these conditions on the respective homepages.
Here is a summary of the most
important points :
- The participants must be physically healthy and fulfill
the conditions required for each tour, course or activity.
- The participants are not allowed to be under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication.
- The participants must be sure that their clothingand
equipment is complete and fits correctly, and any
defects must be reported immediately to the instructor.
- The guides’ instructions must be followed carefully.
- The guides are authorised to remove anyone from the course
or activity if they believe that his/her behaviour
is endangering him/herself or others.
- The guide is authorised to change, terminate or offer
an alternative course or activity at any time due to external
circumstances (bad weather, other difficulties)
or the participants’ ability.
- The minimum age is binding.
- During the activity both supervisors and participants
are under the authority of the guide.
- Supervisors are also required for any transfers.
